Sotti works closely with strategic partners on all matters related to making private equity investments. In charge of the entire investment process for the Koev Brothers private investor group. Oversees management and development of portfolio companies. Hosts the deal presentations series. Leads movie productions as an Executive Producer. Writes articles providing insights into the world of business and finance. Sotti enjoys traveling, reading, history, philosophy, foreign languages, staying active, film making and exploring the world. He studies ancient civilizations and creates historical maps. Multi-lingual Naval Veteran and United States Naval Academy graduate. Mentors transitioning Veterans. Started his career in private investments working for his mentor. SPECIALTIES:

Marty Koev

Marty spearheads capital introductions, helping entrepreneurs raise capital. Provides deal sourcing for the Koev Brothers private investor group and acquisition  opportunities for institutions. Hosts the investor meetup series. A 13 year Rockstar music veteran, Producer, Record Label Founder, and currently ventures in Music Acquisitions. A minimalist who built value from nothing. A revolutionary indie film connoisseur. A grassroots community organizer, successfully lead and founded multiple movements and organizations in music, culture, and never-ending thirst for activism. As a Global Affairs undergraduate, passionately promotes Democratic ideals, institutions overseas especially Eastern Europe and the Balkans. 6x 40 km hiker. Dino Bojic, CFA

Financial Analyst

Dino runs the diligence program, screening new investment opportunities and providing analysis. He started his career in finance and investments in his native Bosnia, where he worked at Sarajevo Stock Exchange before taking a role of Portfolio Manager at a boutique investment company. Since moving to the US, he has been honing his skills in several investment analyst roles. Dino holds a Masters’ and Bachelors’ degree from Sarajevo School of Business and Economics and is a CFA Charterholder. SPECIALTIES:

Mila manages client onboarding. Experienced Real Estate professional and multi-million dollar producer with 10 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the state of Florida. Graduate from University of National & World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria with degree in Finance.
